Payment Information

At a glance: Available payment methods, currency, shipping, taxes, and total are shown by Shopify checkout before you place an order. We do not ask for card security codes, passwords, or one-time codes by email. Last Updated: October 22, 2026.

Accepted payment methods and total

Use only the payment methods presented in Shopify checkout for your order. The order currency and any shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed before submission. A payment provider processes payment as part of checkout; the provider is not the seller of the products.

Authorization and pending transactions

When you submit an order, your payment method may be authorized or show a temporary pending hold while the payment provider verifies it. The timing for a hold to disappear or a charge to post depends on your bank or payment provider. If checkout reports a decline, check with your provider and confirm the order status with us before attempting repeated payments.

Duplicate or unrecognized charge

If you see a duplicate, pending, or unrecognized transaction, first check whether you received an order confirmation and whether one entry is only a pending authorization. Contact support@getplux.com with your order number and the transaction date and amount. Do not send a full card number. Your bank or payment provider can explain its posting and dispute process.

Payment security

Enter payment details only in the secure Shopify checkout. Never email us your full card number, CVV or security code, account password, or one-time passcode. We will not ask you to pay by an off-site personal transfer or cryptocurrency. Do not share security codes in response to an unsolicited message.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. For an approved return, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account. A pre-shipment cancellation is refunded promptly without waiting for return receipt or inspection. Read the Refund Policy.
