Store and eligibility

These terms apply to your use of the Getplux online store and purchases made through it. You must be able to enter a binding purchase under the laws that apply to you, and use the store lawfully. Provide accurate information needed to place and service an order.

Products and information

Getplux is an independent retailer, not a product manufacturer or an agent for a device maker. We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, included contents, prices, and availability accurately. Details can vary by product and appearance may vary by display. Review the current listing and your device measurements before ordering. No product description creates an endorsement by a third party.

Orders, availability, and errors

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept it by confirming or fulfilling it, subject to availability and applicable law. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error, contact you, or cancel an affected order and refund amounts paid. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled order.

Prices and payment

Checkout displays the order currency, available payment methods, shipping charges if any, applicable taxes, and total before you submit the order. A payment provider processes the payment. Keep payment credentials secure and do not send card security details by email. See Payment Information.

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Service area and delivery estimates are described in the Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed. Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation; it may not be possible after processing or dispatch. Return eligibility, prepaid labels, inspection, and refunds are described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not interfere with store operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse another person's information, or use store content unlawfully. Store text, branding, and other content belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied or used in a way that infringes those rights.

Third-party services and privacy

The store uses Shopify and may connect to other service providers needed to operate checkout, payments, delivery, support, or linked services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. Our data practices and privacy choices are described in Privacy Information and Your Privacy Choices.

Availability and changes

We may update store content or these terms. The version posted here applies to future use from its stated effective date, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website.

Liability and applicable rights

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a consumer protection, warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
