Service area and cost

Standard shipping is offered to the 50 states and Washington, DC at no charge and with no minimum purchase. We do not offer international shipping through this store. Alaska and Hawaii are included where the service is available; checkout confirms the actual service and timing for the entered address. U.S. territories and military addresses are outside this service.

Processing and delivery estimates

Allow 1–2 business days for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Carrier transit after dispatch is estimated at 2–4 business days. Total estimated delivery is 3–6 business days. Order volume, weather, carrier operations, or other events can affect actual timing; these estimates are not a guaranteed delivery date.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it with the shipping confirmation. Carrier tracking may take time to show movement after a label is created.

Delays and revised estimates

If we learn that a material delay changes the expected delivery timing, we will notify you when reasonably possible. You may accept the revised timing or contact us to cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
